Executive Global Nanny connects families with nannies and babysitters. Families can learn about the agency, explore services, and start a childcare request. Nannies can create an account, verify their email, and complete an application from their dashboard. They can save their progress and return later. The agency receives the application after the nanny submits it.
The Challenge
The site needed to serve two different groups families seeking childcare and nannies applying for work while making the forms and account process clear and easy to use. Nannies also needed to be able to complete a detailed application over time without losing their progress.
The Solution
The website provides separate journeys for families and nannies. Nannies can create an account with basic details, verify their email, and complete the rest of their application from the dashboard. Application drafts save as they work, and the form explains file size limits and why certain sensitive questions are asked.
